This is a good webquest for teaching the clothes , it is just for primary level and studnets can recognize the clothes  , they have to do many activities like draw  etc.

Students memorize the name of the clothes drwaing and make a crossword .

also teacher encourage the imaginations of the students , students have to desing clothes and write the name with  didactic matreial.

WEBQUEST

"A WebQuest is an inquiry-oriented activity in which some or all of the information that learners interact with comes from resources on the internet" (Dodge, 1995)




In my opinion a webquest is a site in which teacher post taks and activities using real material and tasks , using webquest students can interact with the internet and it can be uswe for teaching English or another language and it is a good way in which students feel motivated and tecaher encourage the particpation .


Advantages

1. Webquest is  an easy way for teachers to begin to incorporate the Internet into the language classroom, and it is an easy way in which students can feel more motivated.

2.Webquests  encourage critical thinking skills, including: comparing, classifying, inducing, deducing etc. Students can be guided by the teacher and participated more.

3.Students  can be motivating posting   authentic tasks ,using  materials and activities , teachers based the task in real situatitions .Students feel concentration and a real interest in task achievement.

4. Webquests provide the oportunity to students to don´t waste the time when they use the internet , they  use the internet with a positive purpose and at the same time student built their own knowledege.

DISAVANTAGES


1.Maybe students don´t have the acces to the internet and an that case they cannot use this webquest.

2. Webquest can be  a little bit difficult to use .

PBL proyects

                                 Well , Guys how are you?

We have already had some free days now is time to work. Well this week we have to learn about PBL proyects and rubrics .
and this PBL encourage the participation of the students in  the proyect also students feel interest in this proyect and they have a better behavior , and thsi proyect allow the techer to assement the students´s learning .

This proyects can affects the motivation in the classroom because , they use their imagination and analize the content that they should included in that proyect , also they can included material or information about the culture that they have and in this way they feel more motivation .
In the other hand if they are already a proyect , students feel interest in that proyect and they feel interest in tha class.

I read an article about am English  teacher who teach in a foreing country and she made that her students use stories and materials that they hava in their country and  in this way , these students feel more interested in the class and know more about the culture, this is a good proyect.

That is why PBL proyects are really helpful for improve the learning proccess.

Skill-building Websites for Reading/Writing Skills Reflection

Hi classmastes.


This week , i have learn to be more responsible in this class , and i have been reading some article that miss letty send us , these reading teach me that the writing skill and the reading skill can be develop with the help of the technology , using e-mail  and web pages .

Teachers can choose some web pages and work with their students , but we have to take in account the level of the students and the aims of the students ,when we choose a web page .

The technology nowadays can be a very useful tool for improving the communicative competences of students     so we have to be careful when we choose the  web pages and the material that we provides our students .

This week  i felt good because i really read and i think that i did the activities that miss letty post.
